This meaningful gathering brought together club officers\, committee heads\, Leo leaders\, and members to foster teamwork\, shared vision\, and strategic cooperation. \nFocused on the principle that service is most effective when done collectively\, the event featured leadership discussions\, planning workshops\, and collaborative service activities that encouraged unity across clubs and generations of leaders. Participants exchanged best practices\, aligned goals\, and developed stronger partnerships to ensure sustainable and impactful outreach programs. \nMore than just a leadership forum\, Better Together: Interleadership and Service emphasized the power of collaboration\, mutual respect\, and shared responsibility. It reinforced the belief that when leaders unite with one purpose and one heart for service\, communities benefit the most—living out the Lions’ proud commitment\, “We Serve.”
