Lions Clubs International District 301-C is a vibrant and dedicated community of volunteers committed to making a positive impact in the Philippines. Comprising clubs from Baggao, Tuguegarao City, Malasiqui, Candon, Solano, Dagupan City, Quirino, Baguio City, Alaminos, and San Fernando, our district spans diverse regions, each with unique needs and opportunities.
