Lions District 301-C
Contact the district
Whether you want to join a club, invite Lions to a project, or ask the cabinet something, here is how to reach us and who will pick it up.
How to reach us
Three ways in
Email reaches the cabinet secretariat. Facebook is where the district posts day to day, so it is the fastest way to get a question seen. The Lion Portal is for members with a Lions account.
- Email the district contact@lions301c.org Reaches the cabinet secretariat. Best for anything that needs a record: club correspondence, invitations, documents.
- Message us on Facebook facebook.com/District301C Where the district posts news, events and photographs through the week. Quickest for a short question.
- Lion Portal For members Lions International's own system for membership records, reporting service and club administration.
Who picks it up
Send it to the right desk
Everything below arrives at the same address. Saying which of these it is in your subject line gets it to the right chairperson faster.
-
Joining a club
Tell us the town or city you are in. The district will put you in touch with the nearest club, or with the membership team if there is no club near you yet.
-
Starting a new club
The Global Action Team handles extension. Nine clubs chartered in District 301-C this Lion Year, so this is a live conversation, not a theoretical one.
-
Inviting Lions to a project
Service projects belong to the clubs, so the district will route your request to the club or zone that covers your area.
-
District events and assemblies
Registration, programs and attendance go to the district events chairperson. The calendar on this site is the official schedule for the Lion Year.
-
Press and partnerships
Media requests, sponsorship and anything involving the district name or marks go to public relations.
-
Club officers and reporting
Club secretaries and treasurers should use the Lion Portal for membership and service reporting. Email the secretariat if the portal will not do what you need.
Where we are
Across the north of Luzon
District 301-C has no single office. It has 77 clubs across Baguio and the Cordillera, Cagayan Valley, Ilocos, Pangasinan and La Union, and a cabinet that meets through the year in each of them. If you are looking for Lions near you, the region is the place to start.
