The outgoing District Governor delivers a heartfelt message of gratitude, pride, and reflection on a successful year of service in Lions Clubs International—District 301-C.
She shares her decision-making style—firm and well-thought-out—and how it shaped her leadership: committed, deliberate, and sincere. She emphasizes that the district’s progress was not by chance but through collective effort, trust, and belief in shared goals.
She credits the transformation of the district to the unwavering support of club members, cabinet officers, her home club (CCLC), district Leos, and key leaders like DGE Josephine and FVDGE Ralph. She highlights the value of integrity, presence over power, and sincerity in leadership, calling it the “greatest strategy.”
Special thanks are extended to individuals who were pivotal throughout the year: her cabinet officers, close allies, mentors (especially her parents), and even those who provided emotional strength behind the scenes.
She ends with a strong reminder: leadership is a responsibility, not a reward. Her service may be ending, but the mission continues. With love, pride, and gratitude, she thanks District 301-C for the honor of serving as their Governor.
Salute IPDG SARAH KATHLEEN U. PACQUING, 2PMJF
